This is a big project for the Local Authority. The caretaker’s house was in dire need of updating; the garage was in danger of collapsing, the back wall was leaning really badly, and on top of that there was requirement for an extension to be built. We started the job in January. The building was riddled with asbestos and this had to be removed before we could start the internal works. The shot shows the garage being prepared for demolition. This project is expected to be completed in the next three weeks!
